OUR STORY

For a year we were a wine cafe.
Now, we're a creative studio that features yoga, Thai massage, and other creative reasons to gather.

The Team That Made Burgundie's Unique

ESSIE

Essie has been the backbone from the beginning. She picked up the vision Burg layed down and quickly became an essential part of the energy and flow.

With the experience she's learned and support she's gained, we have no doubt Essie will go far.

HANNA

Everyone knows and loves Hanna! We loved having her on the team while she was able. You can find Hanna at The Brickhouse or out on a stroll with Daniel and the kids.

ISABEL

Isabel created one of our logos, designed our flyers and social media art, and drew our monthly events board. Her smile and spirit lit up the space when she worked. She's moving on to be an art student at VCU and we are so proud of her!

Mission Statement

This hasn't changed at all since evolving from a wine shop to a creative studio!

At Burgundie’s, our mission is to create a space where community, creativity, and conversation thrive. We believe that when people come together with open minds and open hearts, small connections can spark lasting change.

We can’t change the entire world, but we can shape our corner of it — by fostering belonging, encouraging expression, and inspiring one another to live with purpose.

Our vision is to be a gathering place where ideas flow as freely as friendships, where art and dialogue intersect, and where every voice adds to the collective story. Burgundie’s seeks to nurture a culture of curiosity and care — a place where people leave feeling seen, inspired, and more connected to the community around them.
